Service docking of ferries will affect transports between Finland and Scandinavia during the autumn.
Viking Line and Tallink Silja have announced the following service dockings on the Turku-Stockholm route during the autumn:
• M / S Viking Grace will be docked on Monday 20.9. at 19.50 in Turku and return to traffic in Turku on Thursday 23.9. at 20.55.
• M / S Amorella will be docked on Monday 20.9. at 07.35 in Turku and return to traffic in Turku on Thursday 23.9. at 08.45.
• M / S Baltic Princess will be docked in Turku on Tuesday 28.9. at 7.15 pm and return to traffic on Friday 8.10. at 8.15 pm from Turku.
• M / S Galaxy will be docked in Turku on Sunday 21.11. at 7.00 and return to traffic on Friday 26.11. at 8.20 from Turku.
Due to these dockings, the ferry capacity in traffic between Finland and Sweden is reduced.
The dockings will cause capacity challenges and longer-than-normal delivery times in transports between Finland and Scandinavia, especially at the end of September.
